Our region # is 1517 you still must bring two copies of pre-registration forms to a registration.
New players must bring a copy of birth certificate with them.

WE ARE ASKING ALL PARENTS TO FILL OUT A VOLUNTEER FORM WHEN YOU REGISTER YOUR CHILD! WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS, OUR CHILDREN WILL NOT PLAY SOCCER!

Supporting your child by giving encouragement and showing interest in his/her team is very important.
Help your child work toward skill improvement and good sportsmanship in every game.
Teach your child that hard work and an honest effort are more important than victory –
that way your child will always be a winner despite the outcome of the game!
